This Privacy Policy applies to all Android mobile applications published under the developer account ArasApps (the “Apps”). It explains what information is processed, for what purposes, and what rights you have.

2.1 Information you provide
- Support communications: if you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message.
- Account data (if applicable): if an App offers sign-in via Firebase Authentication, we process the data needed to authenticate you (e.g., email or provider identifiers, depending on the sign-in method).
2.2 Information processed automatically
- Crash and diagnostics data (e.g., crash logs, technical traces, date/time of the crash, app state) via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Device and technical data (e.g., device model, OS version, language, app version).
- Usage and analytics data (e.g., screens viewed, in-app events, aggregated performance metrics) via Firebase Analytics.
2.3 App data stored in Firestore (if applicable)
Some Apps may store functional data in Firebase Firestore to provide features (for example: preferences, configurations, or other information necessary for the App to work). The exact type of data depends on each App’s functionality.
2.4 Ads and in-app purchases (if applicable)
- Ads (Google AdMob): if an App displays ads, AdMob may use device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) to deliver, limit, and measure ads, subject to device settings and consent where required.
- Purchases and subscriptions (Google Play Billing): if an App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, transactions are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or process your payment card details.
We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-Party Services
The Apps use third-party services that may process information to provide their functionality:
- Google Play Services (app distribution, billing/purchases).
- Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore, Authentication).
- Google AdMob (ads, if enabled in a given App).

5. International Data Transfers
Some providers (such as Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are used under GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized mechanisms).
6. Data Retention
We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described:
- Support: emails are retained as needed to handle your request.
- Crash/analytics: retained according to the configuration and retention settings of Firebase/Google services.
- Firestore data: retained as needed to provide the App’s functionality, subject to each App’s configuration.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
